Goldstein & Berger recorded their first win as they barely passed IDT. IDT put up a strong fight, and in what was a close game all along Goldstein & Berger managed to prevent the last extra point which would have tied the game. For Goldstein & Berger Eran Markose hooked up with Idan Zaviv for 2 touchdowns. On the other end, Dan Dan Schnel caught 2 deep touchdowns to lead IDT's offense.

The veteran Jags showed little mercy in welcoming the newly-formed Goldstein and Berger Ltd. squad into the league. Quarterback Yoni Schwartz threw four touchdown passes, two to Avi Etiinger and two to Avionam Berstein. On defense, Ike Levine had two interceptions and Zvi Marcus recorded two sacks.
